Positive: The location is ideal for walking to the Pavilion. Also, it's easy to communicate with the owner and his team via WhatsApp. There is provision for linen and towels but no hand towels were provided when we had first checked in. As we have stayed at most 3 or 4 star hotels in Bukit Bintang / KLCC area, and our experience is that they all provide hand towels, we contacted the owner via WhatsApp and his team promptly provided two hand towels. We had asked one of his team members if we could borrow an umbrella due to heavy rains in KL and it was notable that this item was provided as well.
Negative: Most 3 or 4 star hotels in Bukit Bintang / KLCC area provide complimentary tea or coffee bags but none was provided at Soho Suites KLCC. This was a minor issue and the suggestion from the owner was to purchase from a mini shop within the building. The other minor issue is the TV which is not intuitive to operate but perseverance helps so we were able to watch YouTube channels on the TV.
Summary: Excellent location and well presented and clean apartment.
