Positive: The view was amazing. The rooms were a great layout. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out but still be together. I loved the outside storage for beach items. The pools seemed well maintained. Loved the lazy river and beach access. The staff were all friendly and seemed happy to help. Security that walked around the pool area was such a nice man and so helpful with questions or concerns.
Negative: The room was not well maintained. Missing a can opener. The ceiling fan in the first room on the left did not work. We kept finding screws from furniture, and some of the chairs were wobbly, which was a little uneasy feeling. The carpet in the rooms was rough, but I understand the need for it also. There could have been a few more pillows, and the mattresses were not very supportive. The fridge didn't get drinks very cold, so we had to prioritize where things were, like the milk, to keep it from going bad. I don't mean to complain because we loved the stay, but if you dont know, you can't make things better for future guests, including us again.
