The incredibly large Villa of 6 bedrooms with extensive used of stones, is located in a very low hill behind Polis, just above the coast, and is surrounded by fields.This exceptional villa boasts 180-degree views across the bay of Polis and the Akamas Peninsula.
You can walk and relax by the sea using the long (6km aprox) pedestrian pathway, found in a distance of 6 min drive to the north of the seaside. The pathway is along the beach and offers exceptional views.
An endless choice of terraces, the exceptional outside sitting area, the unique BBQ area, the large garden and environment, the over-sized private pool (6x14meters and depth 1.50m) with children pool and whirlpool/Jacuzzi, are perfectly placed to enjoy your stay in calm and give you the opportunity for a unique personal relaxation. The villa also offers free internet access (wifi)

RATES include: Air conditioning, central heating during the winter months, weekly cleaning service (for stays exceeding 9 nights), welcome grocery pack, bed linen, bathroom and pool towels.
Rates do not include: A refundable security deposit of โฌ500 is payable in advance with the balance payment to cover any damages or breakages at the property.
