Our one and two bedroom Diamond Beach Family Apartments are conveniently located in the Tomb of the Kings area of Paphos. The furnishings are bright and friendly, giving a clean and airy feel to all rooms. The complex is only about 200 meters from the sea with a communal swimming pool. Special price for transfer from/to Paphos or Larnaca Airport to complex. Airport transfer time: Paphos 20 mins: Larnaca 1 hour & 30 mins.
A hire car is not necessary in this location but would be useful to fully appreciate the Paphos region. The apartment owner will be happy to make the necessary car hire arrangements for you on special rates as he is owner of a car hire company.

Summary: My husband and I booked Nick's apartment for 4 weeks. My sister and brother in law joined us for part of the time. The apartment was perfect because: 1. It had everything we needed for a long stay. A great cooker and a washing machine too. The bedrooms were a good size. The apartment is on the 2nd floor with a great view of the sea in the morning while having a coffee on the balcony. Perfect. 2. The location was fantastic. Walkable to the harbour. An easy bus ride to Coral Bay and Corallia Beach. 3. Venus Beach 5 mins walk and the best beach we visited. Sunbeds and umbrellas available at a very good price. 4. Nick was the perfect host. We booked him for the airport transfers which were cheaper than a taxi. 5. Also hired a car from Nick for a few days which was very reasonably priced. 6. A couple of unforeseen tiny issues (kettle stopped working) but Nick responded immediately to my message and brought a new one. 7. The apartment was very reasonably priced to for a long stay. 8. A Lidl next door so not far to go for supplies. 9. The TV had British channels but we didn't watch TV much :o) 10. Good restaurants and bars all within walking distance. If you are considering this apartment I would suggest you book it. If you only need 1 bedroom Nick has another apartment opposite or if you are looking for something much, much bigger Nick can help with that too. Thank you Nick and Nicola. We are looking forward to visiting again next year.
