Summary: my bride and i rarely try to stay at the same place upon a trip. However listen, this location exceeds our needs with excellence in every category! We seek it out as soon as we determine we are going to Overland Park, Olathe, or the Kansas area as a whole. The apartment rooms and common area facility is always clean and being cleaned, parking exceptional, pet friendly, quiet, peaceable, and congenial residents, and location very accesible to most needs 10 minutes away. However, the highlight of Water Walk is the staff, amazingly friendly, kind, helpful, more family like mothers, aunts, and siblings assisting you professionally. All who cared for us each time we stay. Carol always welcomes and checks us in, Catheryn arranged an extended night due to snow storm, DJ served us well, and Russ resolved some invoice needs. Think about this they have no employee turnover because they love working here, thus serve you and me exceptionally!
