Kea, also known as Tzia, is one of the closest islands to Athens. There are 4 to 5 ferry boats going to and from the island in the summer months. Villa Afros is on the waterfront in the area of Koundouros, with steps leading down to sea, where there are large flat rocks, where you sit and relax, fish or dive into the crystal clear blue waters. Nearby, about 100 meters along the waterfront, there is a small secluded sandy beach that you can swim or walk to.
