Positive: The location is magnificent.
Negative: The bathroom had a very strong sewage smell that did not go away during my stay, which made it very unpleasant to use. There was also a spider on the ceiling right above my bed, which was quite uncomfortable. The breakfast was very poor and did not meet expectations. The portions were small (only half an egg), and there was no choice between tea and coffee you had to specifically ask if you wanted tea. I had also sent a message in advance requesting a special breakfast for my mother due to her health condition, but this was not taken into consideration. Overall, the quality of the breakfast does not match the price, and more effort should be made. Additionally, the towels were very old, and there was no soap provided in the bathroom.
