Positive: Overall! The host was very nice to us, and the house had almost everything we needed and beyond (pool, garden, grill area) with a great exterior area with pool and a nice view. Also, the 2 rooms are large and the kitchen has everything (even a laundry machine)
Negative: Nothing critical. The only downside would be the location, which isa bit far from the main attractions in Sardinia (would recommend renting a car) but Nulvi is a great place to stay and tranquil with some restaurants and supermarkets. Although the house fits easily and is confortable 5-6 people (since it has 2 rooms for 2 people each + a sofa-bed for an additional 1/2 people) I would say that this house is better if only for 4 people given that has only 1 bathroom and the sofa/bed is in the common area
Summary: Very confortable country house, with pool with everything you need...and a great host as well :)
