Completely independent, it boasts a vast garden of approximately 1500 square meters. With a manicured lawn, dozens of tree species, parking for 2 large vehicles, a heated outdoor shower, and a recently renovated large 5×12 meter swimming pool that enhances the property. Except for the laundry area in the basement, all spaces of the villa are located on the ground floor. The air-conditioned living room features a dining area for 8 people, a large corner sofa, and a maxi smart TV screen. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher. There are two refrigerators and two freezers available.
