Η κατοικία είναι ήσυχη και μακριά από θορύβους ή άλλες ενοχλήσεις.Απέχει από την παραλία περίπου 300 μέτρα .Η παραλία είναι αμμώδης, άσπρη, μία από τις ωραιότερες της Χαλκιδικής.
