Travel Purpose: business
Positive: Spacious T3 with 2 nice balconies, and a nice view. The pictures are valid. The place was clean. You have all you need inside. The place has a huge potential, but needs a proper investment inside.
Negative: It's an old apartment, lightly renovated, but with poor quality. There are some additional costs that are not detailed when you book: 20 euros to have sheets and towels for the double bed and 10 for each single bed, plus 5 to have each bed made. So you need to add 20+10+10+15, another 55 euros to the total amount. Normally sheets and towels should bé already included in thé payed price. The place has lots of things to be fixed, repaired, renovate. For exemple the plastic stuff on the ceiling (wood imitation) is not well installed, and it gives you the feeling that it could fall down on your head. VMC did not worked, and the window in the bathroom could not be opened. There is mold on the bathroom wooden windows due to humidity. Visible in the pictures also, so this is not a recent issue. Cheep stuff inside, but this is also in balance with the price. The price is correct compared to the prices for Vallberg.
