50 " flat TV screen to family room. All bedrooms with TV and CD player.
Kitchen bar & nook area to seat 10 persons. Polished rosewood dining table to seat 10 persons and matching dresser with glass display cabinet top to the front dining area.
Comfortable couches to family room and living room.
Whole house air conditioning with recently installed latest quite operating plant / equipment.
Local, 3 minutes to Champions Gate Publix supermarket store, choice of four restaurants. Also Chinese, Italian pizza and pasta take away (to go) .
Home is at the end of Sand Ridge Drive, therefore no passing traffic and in a quite no busy road location.

Summary: We stayed in this house with a group of cheer moms for our high school cheer competition. The house is accommodating and spacious. There are restaurants nearby, Publix and Aldi’s nearby. You can drive to Walmart in less than 10 mins as well. The house is close to Disney and ESPN. We will definitely return for next year.
