This sunny and vibrant Single-Storey, 2 bedroom, 1 bath condo is located in the beautiful Turquoise Condominiums gated complex. The bathroom has been completely renovated.
There is a large supermarket right beside the complex. You can also enjoy dining and shopping down the street leading to the heart of town, which is only 500m away!
Another 500m down the road and you will find yourself at the main beach of Coco.

Guests are able to access the entire condo, the sitting area in front of the condo, the pool, the laundry, the gazebo, and the parking area.
The bedrooms, kitchen, and living room are designed for comfort so that you feel at home while being away from home. The high ceilings and large rooms throughout the condo make the space feel super roomy so that you never feel closed in. The condo is also located on the ground floor, making it easily accessible for the elderly, mothers with infants, and/or guests with special needs.
It is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a King bed inside the Master bedroom and one Double and Twin beds in the second bedroom, two TVs, and plenty of closet space. For your convenience there is an electric grill where you can prepare delicious meals!
The pool area is just outside the main door.
Guests can easily reach the town or the beach by walking.

Supplies Provided: Our property is priced competitively, with discounts available for longer stays. Please note, shampoo is not provided. Once these initial supplies run out, it is the guest's responsibility to restock them as needed.
