2 Bedroom Villa in Tamarindo

I hope this is your base for all kinds of fun activities or R&R. This is our home away from home and I hope you view it as such. It's not a show home. Meant to be lived in. Lay on the couch after a fun day surfing or exploring.
This is a stand alone house, not a condo. No long hallways, no elevators. A fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, 2 bedroom, 2-1/2 bath. In Costa Rica. We call it a Villa and that includes your own private parking stall just a few steps away. If you don't feel like driving, no problem as everything is within walking distance and really is a better way to enjoy Tamarindo and the friendly locals. The incredible beach is just 850 meters away. Over half mile of adventure in the heart of town.
Important Update - we have installed a back-up water cistern. VERY important especially during high season. You still need to be conscious of water use.

Main Floor
•Fully equipped kitchen including coffee maker, blender, granite countertops, raised eating bar and a separate eating area with a table and four chairs
•Comfortably appointed living room, with a large sectional, entertainment system, flat screen TV with built in DVD and free wifi phone to make free calls to the USA
•Washer Dryer and sink in Laundry room
•Two piece bathroom on main
•Coat closet
•Expanded lanai by the entrance. Perfect for reading or watching the kids in the pool.
Upper Floor
•Master bedroom, with a queen bed, an en-suite with a tub / shower, independent AC, ceiling fan, and a balcony that overlooks the pool
•Second bedroom, with a queen bed and a double bed plus a twin bunk bed above the double bed sleeping up to 5, a full en-suite, independant AC, ceiling fan
The air conditioning system has independent controls for each floor as well as for each bedroom.

We love having the pool right outside your door.

Summary: Casa Colorado was a very clean, lovely and comfortable 2 bedroom AC villa in Tamarindo! 15 minute walk to the beach! We were there late March early April when it was very hot. The AC and pool out our door was very much appreciated and used!Owner Kathy & Aaron left us with many good tips of what to do in the area and surrounding areas. The Panache Catamaran/ Snorkeling trip was one of the highlights of our stay, out of Flamingo beach. Our morning walks/swims on Tamarindo and nearby gorgeous and breezy beaches ( Langosta and Playa Grande) were our daily fitness routine. We didn’t rent a car but hired an Uber with Roger one day so we could explore/ horse ride/walk Brasilto, Conchal and Puerto Viejo beaches. Every beach has a few lunch spots. The food was always exceptional!This is a great VRBO condo in Tamarindo!
