Summary: Its a real stretch calling a 2nd floor walk up of a 2 story building the penthouse, The condo was convenient to college graduation, clean, very nice pool. Our experience would have been greatly enhanced if the following issues were addressed: The living room cable box in the living room dates back to the 90's and should be exchanged for a current model. It required a 20 min hard reboot every time we turned it on. The stools in the kitchen are sweve and seem about to fall apart, There are sugar ants coming from light switch in hall bathroom, 2 of the pillows in the master bathroom had nylon pillow protectors but no pillowcases (none in linen closet either), there were no pot holders and not a single box of tissuesaddaddressed.
