The villa consists of three apartments, residences: one of which is available for family holidays on the top floor (ideal place, of which we do not intend to deprive ourselves), one on the first floor with large entrance, two large double bedrooms, living room with fireplace and sofa bed 2pax, bathroom with shower and kitchen with terrace all around and gazebo reserved for the apartment in the garden; second apartment on two floors: first floor (90 square meters) with 4 bedrooms and large bathroom with bath and shower and double sink and part day basement with kitchen and fireplace and another bathroom with shower on the ground floor (mq40) with direct access on wonderful garden with gazebo dedicated to the apartment. Strategic position: in the relaxing Frentana countryside between olive groves and vineyards 4km from the sea (San Vito Marina, Vallevò, Rocca San Giovanni, Fossacesia, Ortona, Torino di Sangro, Casalbordino, Le Morge) 4km from the city center of Lanciano, only 30min from the mountain, the Majella, and from the largest center of Pescara. The apartment is equipped with dishwasher, air conditioning, hair dryer, oven, flat screen TV, first aid kit, wi-fi, toaster, blender. Possibility of cot, high chair, extra single bed. In the garden are available relaxation areas, gazebo with table and chairs, sitting area, free parking spaces in the courtyard and private park.
