Welcome to our quaint homes, affectionally named “The Bunk House at Willow Creek". The little brother of the Ranch House at “Willow Creek Ranch”. This one-bedroom apartment is the getaway you will always remember.
Located on the Willow Creek Ranch in Evergreen Colorado you will enjoy staying on a beautiful horse ranch, set in the front range of the Rocky Mountains.
The drive to this home will take you through Evergreen Colorado and by beautiful horse pastures with stunning mountain views. You'll feel completely removed from the city in this mountain getaway being an hour and 15 minutes from Denver International Airport (DIA). With easy access to historic downtown Evergreen and Evergreen Lake, which are a mere 15-minute drive away where you will find water sports in the summer and ice skating in the winter along with world class restaurants and shopping.

Maximum occupancy: 2- children must be counted in the max. occupancy unless they are under two (2) & are sleeping in a portable crib* (not provided). Our permit allows for a max of 4 cars to park in the driveway. Tenant stated on Agreement/Booking must be at least twenty-seven (25) years-old and acknowledges that they will occupy the Property during the entire tenancy.
Pets are not allowed unless prior consent is given.
We do not allow any parties or events at this home.
No smoking or vaping in the home. Indoor smoking detectors in use. If a smoke smell is found a $200 fee or more will be applied.
