Close to great hiking trails (Beaver Brook Watershed, Elk Meadow, Maxwell Falls, Chicago Lakes + more) while enjoying a quiet, mountain neighborhood with gorgeous views. Newly remodeled while still maintaining a rustic escape. Great central location - from Denver (35 min), skiing (50 min to WP and A Basin), Red Rocks (17 min), Conifer (25 min).
Perfect location to ski/hike or get a city experience in the same day.
