Positive: Location, room, decor and food.
Negative: I booked for two nights and left after the first night. No refund from the hotel or booking.com. There was no power at the hotel during the night. Inverter kept a couple of lights on, but the phone couldn't be charged. When I woke up in the morning I tried to use the electric kettle to have some warm water and coffee but it didn't work. Around 8 am I tried calling the reception but no one picked up, went to the reception at 8.30 am and it was closed, till 9 am no one responded. Reception opened at 9 am. General staff behavior was good, but I couldn't just accept the fact that there was no response from the staff even at 8 am when they knew the power goes there often and didn't inform me about it in advance. I paid 3k per night for the room and I certainly expect the staff to respond when needed. When I told the staff that I want to cancel to cancel for the second night, they asked me to contact booking.com, booking.com told me that the property is not responding to there call. So, I have still not got any refund. Book at the risk of being abandoned at the property without power.
