Located in central Destin, this cozy 2 bedroom is located in the beach side complex of Sundestin. This unit will include Free beach service for June and July of 2025 which includes 2 chairs and 1 umbrella.
When you walk into this beautiful unit you’ll be greeted by the open floor plan of the kitchen, dining room, and living space. The kitchen is located on the left when you come into the unit and perfect for cooking at meals while on vacation. The cabinets are filled with all the cookware, utensils, and dishes you may need, so nothing to bring from home! The appliances are all full sized and there is ample counter space. The adjacent dining table has seating for six.
The living room offers ton of nature light due to the large floor to ceiling sliding glass doors and living room windows. The sliding glass doors open to your private 5th floor balcony with partial Gulf views. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy after a day in the sun at the pool or the beach. There is a large flat screen TV to enjoy a football game on as well. The sofa does fold out to a Queen sofa sleeper, allowing this unit to sleep 8.
The guest bedroom features two double beds and a guest bathroom right across the hall.
The master bedroom has a King-sized bed and adjoining master bathroom has a large vanity space and shelving for storing anything during your stay. The master bedroom also offers access to the balcony shared with the living room. This unit also includes wireless internet.
This complex features Gulf access without crossing any streets, a fitness room, an indoor pool, complex pool, hot tub, sauna, and coin laundry.
You’re close to various restaurants and the Big Kahunas water park while staying at SunDestin. You’ll be hard pressed to find a better place to stay with all the amenities and location as SunDestin 518.
