The house commands prime position (5yds from communal pool) on this pretty development of only 10 properties.
The property has recently been refurbished with elegant interiors, but what really sets this property apart is the gorgeous outdoor spaces which consist of, fully furnished covered terrace ideal for dining and enjoying pre dinner drinks. There is a large sunbathing deck and completely restructured plunge pool, perfect for outdoor living.
The development is securely gated with safe parking. Just a short bus ride away, one can find bustling Holetown with its sophisticated Lime Grove shopping complex and many bars and restaurants.
Accommodation as follows;
Large and airy master suite, with super king bed and fabulous newly refurbished bathroom with walk in shower. Guest room with king size bed and 3rd bedroom with two twin beds. All bedrooms are fully air conditioned Second bathroom with beautiful granite surfaces and walk in shower. There is a further washroom on the ground floor. Downstairs consists of a beautifully furnished open plan living /dining space with comfortable sofas, smart TV, (Netflix and Amazon prime) and excellent wifi. There is a fully equipped kitchen with granite surfaces and an american fridge freezer. The outside space consists of a stunning private terrace with plunge pool and stylish furniture.

Summary: We had a fun time our family of five! So much space and a fully stocked kitchen made it easy to have a great vacation with the convenience of home with just a short safe walk to the beach! The beach has comfy beach chairs to rent and a lunch spot and pop up bar. For more elegant dining the Fairmont also has restaurants. The property managers were very very attentive and the place left us wanting nothing at all! Comfy firm beds, crisp linens, clean clean bathrooms and kitchen! And comfy couches to laze on when you need a break from the outdoors. The outside patio is really well furnished and the plunge pool is a great size plus you’re just 5 steps to the community pool which was never busy despite almost all 10 units being booked up. (The unit has great privacy just based on the community layout too even though it’s closest to the pool and parking lot). The back gardens are also beautifully landscaped. The pictures don’t show the full size of the lot! Definitely book. You won’t be disappointed.
