This amazing fully remodeled 1907 craftsman house is located right on 6th Ave. You can walk to amazing restaurants, bars, and shops visit the amazing legendary donuts for breakfast or grab sushi’s at trappers.
Or you can hang out at the house, soak in hot tub, play corn hole and other outside games, barbecue up a steak and enjoy sitting by the propane fire pit!
This house is located in the center of Tacoma so you can get anywhere within 10 minutes to downtown Tacoma, Ruston point or to the Tacoma mall. We are only 25 minutes away from Seatac airport.

Driving distance to the Olympic Peninsula and the Hoh rainforest in the Olympic mountains. You are within 1 hour of crystal Mountain and Snoqualmie Pass for skiing and or hiking in the summer. within 1 hour of Mount Rainier. There is so much to do all around.
You will have access to the entire house and back yard, plus the courtyard in the back with basketball hoop. Only place with no guest access is the detached garage in back is for owners only.
