The home offers premium HD cable (YouTube TV) and high-speed wireless internet. There is off-street parking for 2 vehicles, and ample street parking available. You are steps away from 10+ bars and restaurants on 6th avenue. Downtown and the Proctor neighborhood are only minutes away. Some of my favorite local places are Half Pint Pizza, Asado, The Red Hot, and Engine House No. 9. In Proctor the Tacos at Brewers Row and fantastic.
