*Student/college groups are not permitted. Due to restrictions by HOA, insurance and/or local ordinances, we are unable to rent to guests under the age of 25. ID's will be checked by security staff and they have the right to refuse entry as well as evict guests found to be underage. For every 4 underaged guests, they must be accompanied by 1 parent at all times. A full guest list is required at the time of booking and the primary renter must be present at check-in and during the remainder of the reservation - this will be checked upon arrival and throughout the stay.
*An additional waiver to drive the golf cart is required in addition to our guest rental agreement.
*A form of damage protection is required with all reservations: You may opt for the accidental damage protection that is already included in the quote or the $2,000 refundable security deposit. Only one is required. See the rental agreement for full details.

Summary: At first not excited about splitting family up between houses but turned out okay. Bedrooms were nice in both homes. The bikes and golf cart were a very nice addition. Thought the location to the beach was closer than it appeared on the website, which was a plus! The few negative things were…dishwasher in the main house was terrible. We found dirty dishes in the cabinets and soon found out why. The dishes looked like no water ever touched them. We had to clean most of them by hand before sticking them in the dishwasher. The refrigerator in the main house was nice but in the smaller house it was an old refrigerator that did not have filtered water which my family would have liked. Also, it was requested that we tidy up the courtyard area between the houses. There were a lot of broken beach items and junk left out there fro hi knows when and we did not feel like was our responsibility to clean.
