It is located in the middle of a beautiful rural part of Istria, a quiet place typical of central Istria, about 15 minutes' drive from the first beaches and Rovinj. It consists of two separate buildings, of which the ground floor of the main house has a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room. On the first and second floor there are four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The fifth bedroom with a large double bed and en-suite bathroom is located in a separate house, just a few meters from the main building. The ground floor, in addition to the bedroom with bathroom, consists of a dining room and a modern kitchen, a comfortable living room with a fireplace and access to the terrace.
