The apartment is centrally located, and public transportation is just a short walk from the complex. If you prefer not to use your personal vehicle, guests may hire their own transport to see all Raleigh has to offer.
EARLY CHECK-INS
are not guaranteed. Airbnb allows you to choose a preferred check in time, but it is up to the host to approve any check-ins before 4pm. An accepted request to book does not imply your early check in time was approved. You will need to send us a message asking if you can check in early.
LATE CHECKOUTS
must be approved by the management team. If you stay past your 11am check out time without approval, you will automatically be charged for the next nights’ stay at the listing’s full price.
PARKING ENFORCEMENT
Towing is strictly enforced. We are not responsible for towing costs if you are towed. It would be best to limit parking to one car, as visitor parking tends to fill up quickly at night. If you have guests visiting, they are free to park anywhere from directly in front of the leasing office to the fire pit.
LEASE VIOLATIONS
If we receive any lease violations (smoking, noise complaints, excess trash, etc.), you will be charged with a $500 fine.
KEYS
If a key/key fob is not returned and/or damaged, there is a $50 fee to replace it.
TRASH
Trash can be placed outside your door for removal Sunday-Thursday evenings between 6PM-8PM.
Trash Fairies will remove up to 2 bags and 2 broken down boxes (no more) from your door.
Any bags left outside for Trash Fairies, must be left in the respective “Trash Fairies” can.
PARTIES
There is a strict no-parties/noise violation policy. If you throw a party, damage the unit, or have a gathering with extra guests that are not reported during your initial booking, you are violating these set rules, and will be fined $200.
FURNISHINGS
Please do not rearrange the furniture.
CLEANING
Our cleaning fee is based on the courteous guests who keep the space respectable and tidy. To accommodate the busy schedule of our housekeepers, we ask our guests to leave CLEAN towels in the dryer as they move on. If housekeeping discovers an unreasonable mess post-checkout, we will charge an additional fee of $75.
This apartment complex requires guests to complete a criminal background check in order to stay at this property. Your credit will NOT be inquired upon.
