Summary: We have just returned from a 4 week stay at this property This was our 7th visit to Goa and without a shadow of doubt was our best stay. The villa is spacious clean and exceptionally maintained. All cooking utensils were available cleaner twice a week where fresh bed linen was put on lovely pool a footstep away from the back door excellent wifi ceiling fans and new air con in every room sun beds terraces table and chairs beach towels our host arranged for a scooter to be delivered and picked up on departure. We cant speak highly enough of this property if you want peace and quiet this is your place. A special mention to our hosts David Shabana and Nisha they couldnt do enough for us and we both thank them for what they did for us also mention that everyone around the building couldnt have been more friendly cleaner security guys and not to forget the 2 friendly dogs we miss the place already and without question will return next year Many thanks again to you all and the very best of health also See you next year John & Jane
