The backyard sports rustic landscaping, new patios, heated saltwater pool, outdoor shower, pool house and fire pit for you and your guests to enjoy. Your easy, breezy Hamptons summer awaits!
Primary bedroom suite is equipped with a King bed, newly renovated bathroom with shower and tub plus french doors that open to pool area.
Guest Bedroom #1 has a Queen bed.
Guest Bedroom #2 has a Full bed.
The kitchen is fully appointed and ready to cook full family meals.
For your convenience/entertainment house has three flat screen Smart TVs, plus Sonos Sound in living room/all bedrooms and the pool house.
Patio has a gas grill and large teak dining table, umbrella and chairs.
Pool area is equipped with teak lounges, cushions and chairs for you and your guests. *** No Pets Allowed in Pool
The private beach is walking distance, but you'll be given a key card that will allow for parking so you can bring your chairs/towels and little ones.
