Upstairs will find a family room loft with sleeper sofa that is the perfect lounging spot for watching movies on the flatscreen TV, ideal for winding down after a day of beach activities. Beyond the loft is a walk-out balcony to enjoy morning coffee or an evening cocktail. The upstairs master bedroom has a king-size bed for blissful nights with a private bathroom attached. The third bedroom is connected to the balcony as well with a queen bed. Lastly, the fourth bedroom is perfect for children or young adults with twin beds. Every bedroom and common area has its own flatscreen TV.
As a guest, you will have access to beach toys, chairs, and a heavy-duty beach cart. The beach is a short 8-minute walk to the beach or take the seasonal beach trolley service for FREE! The driveway has ample parking for three vehicles, and guests have access to the community's additional parking lot. NOTE: This home can fit three vehicles in the driveway space. However, the HOA requires that no vehicles protrude into the roadway or park on the street at any time.
