Summary: The house had all basic requirements expected in a rental with additional amenities provided as well. Great water view on the porch for coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening. Nice living room TV screen and WiFi. The downstairs area has AC with a significant amount of recreational equipment provided (bikes, kayaks, paddle boards, snorkels & masks). There is an additional full refrigerator and deep freeze. When you’re at the pool, it’s easy to retrieve a beer, soft drink, or water without running upstairs. The pool itself has a very large sun deck which is refreshing. The grounds are kept clean without being sterile. There is just correct amount of vegetation without feeling you’re in a jungle. There is a garage space available to park or you can park under the porch as we did. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Dennis & Marianne. May, 2025
