The building stands above lush woodland grounds and is situated in a quiet yet convenient position on the coastal path on the outskirts of Shanklin, adjacent to National Trust land extending to Luccombe Chine and the Downs. The apartment has been furnished to a very high standard and provides comfortable accommodation. The good sized private decked terrace provides spectacular sea views and is ideal for relaxing in the evening with a glass of wine whilst soaking up the relaxing and peaceful surroundings. The apartment is ideally situated for those wishing to explore the miles of coastal and country footpaths that surround the property. Wonderful scenery can be enjoyed along these nearby walks. The popular resort of Shanklin is within walking distance and provides a variety of shops, supermarkets, banks and eating places.
