This home has three bedrooms, all with new mattresses with adjustable bases (2025 Season), and an additional sleeper sofas in the upstairs living area, sleeping a total of eight. The downstairs living space has new couches with expandable trundles for comfortable lounging and entertaining and new tv; sliders opening up to a deck with ocean front seating and a gas grill. Off the kitchen is an additional dining area with a corner window giving you more views of the ocean. The master bedroom has its own full bath with stand up shower. Enjoy your coffee on either the top floor or main floor deck, or on the paved patio. You're COD LIVING AT IT'S BEST!!!
