Walking through Chécy and its washhouse, Combleux, a former maritime village. L’ATELIER is located in MARDIÉ within the perimeter of the Loire Valley UNESCO world heritage site. You will find some local shops there (Bakery Pharmacy Grocery store) and a large shopping center 3km away. Shared swimming pool (8x4) heated and open from May to the end of September. This 90m² gîte, contemporary in style and adjoining the owners' house, is on one level.
It consists of 2 bedrooms - 1 160x200 bed and 1 140x190 bed (beds made on arrival). Fully equipped open kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer) - Living room - Dining room - Shower room (Italian shower) with WC.

Trampoline, swing, pétanque court and chicken coop are also available in the shared garden.
