Ideally situated in Southeast Cape Coral, our home places you at the heart of Southwest Florida’s most breathtaking sunsets. Enjoy direct access to the water—take out our kayaks or rent a boat and dock it steps from the back door. With no bridges and a quick ride to the Caloosahatchee River, you can reach Sanibel, Captiva, and the open Gulf in approximately 40 minutes. It’s truly a boater’s paradise.
The property is just two blocks from the Cape Coral Yacht Club Beach, where warm, calm, shallow waters and stunning nightly sunsets await. A leisurely 2 block walk is all it takes to have your toes in the sand. After a day on the water, unwind in the therapeutic hot tub, ideal for cool SWFL evenings.
Cape Harbour is only 10 minutes away, offering boat charters, dolphin and sunset tours, waterfront dining, and boutique shopping.

Inside the home features 3 beautifully appointed bedrooms. The primary suite includes a king adjustable bed with built-in massage and a private ensuite bath for a truly relaxing retreat. The second and third bedrooms each offer luxurious queen beds for comfort and style.
Please note: the bedrooms are currently being updated with new décor, bed frames, and premium mattresses. While the layout and bed count remain the same, the spaces may look slightly different from current photos. Updates will be reflected as soon as the redesign is complete (written 10.23.25).
The modern chef’s kitchen showcases a spacious island designed for gathering and effortless entertaining. Two fully renovated bathrooms feature rainfall showerheads and LED-lighted mirrors; the primary bath mirror even includes integrated audio for your favorite music.
In the living room, enjoy a large smart TV, elevated sound system, and a sleek electric fireplace that adds warmth or ambiance with the touch of a button.
Outside we have a therapeutic hot tub perfect for SWFL cool evenings in the winter months. We also have semi private outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach or boat ride- just hook up the hose. It will warm 5 gallons of water.
