Positive: Great location. Walking distance to duomo, underground station very near. And lots of exciting buzz around. Great little flat. Comfy beds, and very practical and brand new bathroom. Everything is within reach. The room is air conditioned but didn’t need to use it. Building is clean and quiet. The owner was physically present to hand over the keys. Very nice person, and very helpful with tips for parkings and things to visit. Overall, it felt like a 4 stars hotel.

Summary: Super comfy, great location, will come back
