Travel Purpose: business
Positive: A really affordable stay in a great location close to the train station. This was useful as I would catch the 9 minute train into Enschede centrum for my business meetings and did not need to take the car. The apartment was clean and had all the basic amenities - linen, towels, clothes hangers, coffee, etc. The owner made sure I was informed about the check in, which made this smooth. Easily accessible with the car, which parks right in front of the door. The weather was cooler during my stay, so the apartment not having windows did not bug me - I would leave the door open for a short time in the evening to let fresh air in. There was wifi. Very comfortable stay.
Negative: No big things to complain about. Something small - there is no instruction in the apartment or on the booking listing about how to handle the check out, so I was a bit confused about what I should do in terms of trash removal, used linen, dirty towels, etc. I left the place in what I noticed was acceptable by other accommodations, but some more guidelines here would have been useful.
