The villa consists of 5 air conditioned bedrooms, each of which have their own private bathroom. The property features a large open air living room and dining room with a rooftop deck. The fully equipped modern kitchen has granite counters and a double door refrigerator plus a gas stove, microwave oven and a dishwasher. The media room has a plasma TV with Netflix & a DVD player and has air conditioning as well. Situated on a cliff overlooking the Pacific Ocean and Playa Manzanillo beach, this home has views in all directions and features a spacious swimming pool area with lounge chairs. The patio area has a gas barbecue grill and an outside dining table area. This house is within less than a ten minute walk to the downtown 'Adoquin' & the Rinconada that is full of many wonderful places to dine. Easily accommodates 10 people. While relaxing you will no doubt see dolphins and whales swim past the house on any given day. The house includes a maid 2 days per week, additional maid service is extra and upon availability.
