Enjoy the convenience of a washer and dryer, dishwasher, gas grill, fire pit, nice patio on a large lot. Experience what Pickerel has to offer with a stay at our cabin. The cabin is newly remodeled. It is on the channel that leads into Arbutus Lake. There is a dock on the shoreline of the property from there you can access the lake by boat or kayaks. Swimming on the shoreline of the property is not good as the bottom is silty. The sandbar and main lake are nearby accessible by boat or kayak. The snowmobile trail is right in front of the cabin and easily accessible from the property.
There is a refundable $500 damage deposit that will go on your card, if no damage that will be refunded to you. If the damage that you cause exceeds the $500 you will be responsible for that. There are no pets on property and no smoking in the cabin. Our cabin is in a very quiet neighborhood, please no loud parties. There are 2 garages on the property that are not included.
