This Newly purchased and decorated single family home is located in Cape May's Prestigious area known as Poverty Beach. Ideally situated on the curve of Wilmington and Beach Drive where you can walk across the street and be on the Beach, Swim, surf, fish, read a book or stay at the house where you can call to your family that dinner is ready. This is a home that has never been rented and probably has some of the best single family Beach views offered as a rental in Cape May.
In March of 2024 we completed an exterior addition adding 2 new front porches, adding more amazing views of the ocean and garage accented with outdoor lighting.
Enjoy morning sunrises, and evening sunsets while listening to the waves crash which can be heard from several points of the house. The 3rd floor deck boasts an exceptional and unique view of the beach and faces out towards the Cape May inlet where you can see boats come in and out all day. There is also a large screened in porch on the 2nd floor that can allow your family to enjoy an evening out of the sun, especially enjoyable in the off season with windows that can open and allow you to enjoy the fresh air. Comfortably accommodates 12 guests, with 4 bedrooms and 3 full large baths. Not feeling like a beach day…. enjoy the large front yard, with plenty of space to play a catch or lounge while you grill dinner. Spacious laundry room with windows that can open and allow you to hear the ocean while using a New washer and dryer. We also have 6 beach chairs,umbrella and beach toys for our guests.
Linens and towels not provided but you can rent from a local company ( linen ladies )
Bike to restaurants, Washington Street open aired mall, Beach Creek, the Wineries and all that Cape May has to offer. Enjoy our home all seasons and enjoy coming and leaving your vacation with less travel stress as we rent Sunday to Sunday.
