An 8-minute car ride can get you to the Cove pizza restaurant, Daphne’s fine dining, as well as the Dollar General and Striplings Country Store. Also, just 30 minutes from Americus or Cordele Ga. where you can find shopping, restaurants and entertainment. We provide the perfect accommodations for your getaway! The cottage overlooks Lake Blackshear where it is joined with the beautiful Flint River. Come RELAX on the lake. Enjoy the best fishing around! View all the fun in the sun of Skier’s Cove directly from the dock. Observe the beautiful colors of the sunset sky all while enjoying your favorite beverages from the dock or sunrooms inside the cottage! Please note there are no pets allowed and no smoking allowed.

Yes, the kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of plates, cups, mugs, utensils, and pots and pans for your convenience. There are also trash bags provided for the kitchen, dish washer packs, dish soap and 1 roll of paper towels. We apologize that per health department rules we cannot provide spices, cooking oil or other condiments.
Are there appliances and a coffee maker?
Yes, the kitchen features a full refrigerator and freezer, microwave, stove and oven. There is also a Keurig machine and a coffee pot.
Are sheets and towels provided?
Yes, sheets are provided on every bed. Two sets of towels and wash cloths are provided in each bathroom. Extra blankets and sheets can be found in containers. Sun towels are in the bench on the back porch.
Are pets allowed?
No pets are allowed in the cabin at any time.
Are toilet paper and other toiletries provided?
2 courtesy rolls of toilet paper are provided per bathroom as well as bars of hand soap. Other toiletries are not provided.

Yes, there are two TVs. One in the upstairs main living area and one in the downstairs Dinning/Kitchen area.

It is very easy to get to the cabin as the roads are wide and paved.
