With award-winning architectural design, the house comfortably sleeps up to 12 people. There are four suites, all with air conditioning, plus bedroom and maid's bathroom, toilet, large living rooms and dining (integrated with a nice balcony) with fireplace. The balcony has barbecue with chimney for a perfect exhaust (no smoke during the barbecue). The house is fully equipped with modern furniture, new, two large refrigerators (one side by side), washer machine and dryer, spaces for four cars. Some steps across the lawn and you will be one of the best beaches on the north coast of São Paulo (12 km after the Riviera de São Lourenço), an Atlantic forest area completely preserved and listed by IBAMA. The beach is flat, ideal for sports such as tennis, jogging, cycling. The sea is calm and clean. The 200 meters is the river Guaratuba, clean and perfect water for a bath of fresh water and the practice of sports such as stand up paddle and kayak.
