This property has the following check-in and check-out times and policies:

Check-Out: 11:00 AM
Property and Cancelation Policies :
Full Refund Granted - If cancellation is made 48 hours or more before the check-in date and time.
No Refund Policy - If cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before the check-in date and time.
No Cancellation or Modification Allowed - Once the check-in has occurred, changes or cancellations are not permitted.

Terms and Conditions
Age Restriction
Our property is equipped with features such as bunk beds and requires guests to navigate multiple levels, which may not be suitable for all age groups. As such, we welcome guests who are between the ages of 20 and 45. This is to ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests.
Check-In
1. New guests can check into the hostel after 1:00 PM daily.
2. Payment for the entire stay is required upfront when booking online.
3. A fee of INR 50 applies for additional fresh towels, available at the front desk.
4. Valid identification is mandatory. We accept a Passport, Photo ID, or Driver's License. Foreign Nationals need to provide a copy of their Visa.
5. Use of laundry service will attract an extra charge of INR 200 per wash.
Check-Out
1. Please return your used towels.
2. Check-out should be completed by 11 AM.
3. With management's approval, luggage can be stored at the reception post-check-out.
Noise
1. We request that you respect other guests, particularly when using electronic devices.
2. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM. Please maintain silence during this time out of respect for others.
Smoking
1. Smoking is strictly prohibited in bedrooms or common areas, only allowed outside the premises.
Water and Electricity Conservation
1. Avoid wasting water.
2. Switch off any unnecessary lights and fans.
Kitchen
1. Please segregate waste and place it in the designated bins.
2. Food preparation and consumption should only occur in the allocated areas.
3. The use of electrical appliances for cooking or making hot drinks in rooms is not allowed.
4. After cooking, you're responsible for cleaning the kitchen counters, floor, appliances, and refrigerator.
Rooms
1. We offer bed sheets and pillow covers free of charge.
2. Damaging walls or furniture with hooks, screws, nails, or adhesives is strictly prohibited. Management reserves the right to inspect rooms for cleanliness and tidiness periodically.
Shared Bathrooms
1. Do not leave your personal items in the bathroom/toilet.
2. Avoid unnecessary usage of the geyser, as the bathrooms are solar-powered.
3. Please refrain from flushing toilet paper or feminine hygiene products, as they can cause clogging.
Communal Areas
1. Communal areas are for the use of all residents. Don't leave personal items there; clear your belongings as you leave.
General
1. While we understand accidents happen, if you break any item, we appreciate a donation at reception to cover the cost.

1. **Personal Belongings:** Keep all of your personal items in your assigned locker. Please note that Draper Startup House is not liable for the loss or damage of your personal belongings.
2. **Non-Staying Guests:** We have an 8pm curfew for non-staying guests to ensure the safety and security of our residents. Please respect this rule.
3. **Substance Use:** Any use of narcotics or psychotropic substances is not only prohibited but also illegal. Engaging in such activities could lead to immediate eviction and legal consequences.
4. **House Rules:** Follow all established house rules, protocols, and guidelines. This includes maintaining cleanliness and respecting other guests' privacy and comfort.
5. **Compliance:** Failing to abide by these terms and conditions may result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund.
6. **Liability:** Draper Startup House assumes no responsibility for personal injuries, illnesses, or damage to property incurred during your stay. By agreeing to these terms, you release us, our staff, and affiliates from any such liabilities.
7. **Personal Information:** Your personal information will be collected and may be disclosed for safety, well-being, and contact tracing as mandated by law.
8. **Financial Responsibility:** Draper Startup House is not responsible for any financial losses incurred during your stay. Exercise due diligence in any financial engagements with fellow residents or third parties.
9. **Alcohol and Tobacco:** Smoking and drinking inside the premises is strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy may result in penalties or eviction.
10. **Local ID Restriction:** Guests holding local IDs will not be admitted. This is to ensure the security and comfort of our guests.
