On the ground floor there is a spacious lounge area with a wine corner, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, open fireplace and air conditioning, a bathroom with a shower and one bedroom with a double bed. The first floor features a small gym room, a bathroom with a shower and two bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is furnished with a double bed, while the larger bedroom (approx. 30?m2) is equipped with a double bed and two additional single beds. The spacious attic (approx. 50?m2) offers plenty of room for playing and enjoying free time with the kids. Besides a TV with PlayStation, many other games are provided for the enjoyment of the entire family. The attic is equipped with air conditioning.
