A great and fully renovated house overlooking the sea next to one of the best beaches in Búzios, Praia do Forno. Complete condominium, quiet and very close to the city center, Rua das Pedras, Orla Bardot. There are 3 bedrooms, two of which are suites. The house has a gourmet area with its own barbecue, incredible wooden deck to enjoy the view and the sea breeze. Large living room, full kitchen, all utensils. Condominium with dry and steam sauna, swimming pool, games room and soccer field.
Our house is ideal for those who want to enjoy Búzios in a quiet and worry-free way. The house has been completely renovated, painted and varnished and is very well maintained.
How about being able to wake up early, open the windows to see the sea and feel the fresh breeze? Then have breakfast on the veranda surrounded by greenery and in just a few steps be on one of the quietest beaches in Búzios?
The gourmet area of the house is the perfect space to gather the family for a barbecue or grilled fish after the beach. The room, large and bright, is perfect at any time of day or night. In the condominium we still have a beautiful swimming pool, dry and steam saunas and soccer field, in addition to a game room with pool, ping-pong and foosball.
And for those who want to enjoy the buzz of Búzios, access to downtown, Rua das Pedras and Orla Bardot couldn't be easier: close and without traffic. Also ideal for those who prefer the convenience of taxi or app to come and go quickly without worrying about parking.
If you want even more comfort during your stay, we recommend hiring our helper D. Helena. She can take care of the cleaning and maintenance of the house during your stay, as well as cooking excellent homemade food (we recommend the baião de dois, it's really good...).
You and your family will have access to our entire home and common areas of the condominium. Small pets are welcome, but need to be informed in advance (extra fee applies). To use the saunas, simply ask the concierge to call before use. Our house gives the right to use two spaces within the condominium.
