Summary: If you or your kids are picky, this house is not for you. Don't get me wrong, the house is spacious with a good size pool. Appliances needs to be upgraded especially the aircon which is leaking water inside the garage. The house is clean except the carpet in the kids bedroom. Walls and ceiling needs to be repainted on some rooms. One of the good thing also is the house is close to walmart and restaurants I'll rate this house probably 7 from 1 to 10.
