Our condo is located on a hillside on the east end of St. Thomas. We cannot recommend a car enough - it allows you to explore on your own schedule!
If you are new Airbnb, please keep in mind that you are renting a private condo and you won't have the same services and staff available to you as you would in a hotel (such as concierge service, daily housekeeping, linen changes or turn down service). Our vacation home is your home for the week or for however long you have booked!
Occasionally the island electric company WAPA will have an issue with their service and you may experience an unexpected power outage; sometimes this is island-wide and sometimes it only affects certain areas but it has nothing to do with the resort or our villa so unfortunately there isnโt anything we can do about it. Should this happen, youโll also temporarily lose running water (which also means no toilet flushing) but there should be bottles of water under the bathroom sink to pour in the tank if needed. Should you experience a power outage, the restaurants on Point Pleasant have independent generators and so does the lobby, but itโs a perfect opportunity to unplug and go to the beach or explore different places on the island. Most locals are used to this but I truly understand this is not the norm for everyone else โ hopefully you can roll with it and look around at the beautiful views and appreciate the beauty along with the quirks of island life!
This unit is located within the Point Pleasant Villa Owners Association Condominium property but is not part of the in house rental program.
As private Hosts, we offer unique dates in our property and highly recommend purchasing "cancel for any reason" travel insurance which may cover many risks including airline cancellations and health emergencies at a minimal cost. We do not provide refunds due to airline cancellations, health emergencies, or power/wifi outages.
