The house is located in Chile's wind- and kitesurf mekka Matanzas. It has a wonderful view on the Pacific Ocean and is just a 2-minute walk away from the beach. The large terrace with its lounge area yields a perfect BBQ location, and below in the garden is a wood-fired hot tub for you to use at any time.
Unique is the top level dormitory where you will fall asleep with a direct view on the stars above you through the large panoramic window in the roof after having enjoyed the view on the sunset.
The house comprises of two separate apartments suitable for two to four persons each and both with fully equipped kitchens and bathroom (towels as well as linen for the beds are provided by us).
