NOISE ADVISORY:
Please be aware that this location is next to an active train track, and it is possible that trains may pass by during your stay at any time, day or night. We do not have access to the train schedule. To help ensure your comfort, we provide a noise machine in each bedroom. We strive to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible and appreciate your understanding.
Guests will have access to the entire studio apartment, and keyless entry to the building.
This unit includes a complimentary parking pass for 1 vehicle. Guests should expect to utilize the FREE or Metered street parking nearby if they have more than 1 vehicle. There are other paid parking lots within proximity of the building as well.
Mail/postage is not available to this unit at this time, but guests may ship items to our office for pickup during their stay if needed.

GUEST VERIFICATION
Experienced guests with 5 or more positive reviews may request to be waived from this process, otherwise we do require all guests to complete an additional verification screen through our Guest Portal to ensure the safety and security of our community. This 60-second verification process must be completed within 48 hours of booking, or at least 2 hours prior to the check-in time if booking on the same day as check-in. You will be prompted to complete this process immediately after booking. This includes:

HOUSE RULES

2) Check-in: Please notify us once you have accessed the property. Please inspect and report any unsatisfactory conditions within 2 hours of check-in. Non-urgent issues reported after 9:00 pm will be promptly addressed the next day.
3) Noise Policy: Keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM to respect our neighbors and local community. We will contact you directly for any reported disturbances, prior to reporting any nuisances with local authorities.
4) Non-Smoking Policy: Smoking, vaping, and the use of e-cigarettes are not permitted within the property. Any violation, will result in a smoke remediation fee.
5) No Parties: Events and parties are strictly prohibited to maintain a peaceful environment. We will contact you directly for any disturbances, prior to reporting any nuisances to local authorities.
6) Pets: We love our Pets! but they are not allowed in most units, ensuring a clean and allergen-free space for all guests.
