This quaint wood frame cottage is located just off historic Riverside Drive at 104 Anderson St in New Smyrna Beach. Nestled among the many stately homes along the river with a front porch overlooking 100yr old oaks and walking distance from Canal Street's shopping and dining, it's in a wonderful vacation spot. This home has a 'suite-style' arrangement with a King sized bed in the main room of the house as well as a small separate bedroom with a queen bed. Please note: Due to the size of this cottage, we recommend a max occupancy of 2 adults. A grill is pictured, however, there is now no grill available.
