Summary: No towels or bath mat on arrival. Had to ask next day and they said 1/2 hour but weird for 2 hour and we had to buy towels. But got small threadbare towels from reception: Beds were hard as nails and pillows hard foam. Sheets and pillow slips discoloured and thin. Couldn’t sleep as back was so painful from hard bed. Cockroach and ants in kitchen, no tea towel, no plug in kitchen sink for washing up. Only 2 glasses and 3 cups. Cats everywhere crying for food.
